Are reservations required to enter CÉ LA VI Club Lounge?

Reservations are not required to enter the Club Lounge. For VIP seated tables and large groups, we recommend making a reservation in advance to guarantee availability. Please contact our reservations for enquiries at celavivtokyo@celavitokyo.com or 0800-111-3065 (toll free).

Can I take photos at CÉ LA VI?

Yes, photos are permitted for personal use only.  Please be mindful of those around you who may not want to be photographed. No tripods or selfie-sticks are allowed due to safety concerns.

Kindly contact us at celavitokyo@celavitokyo.com in regards to photo or video shoots intended for media or commercial purposes.

Can I bring my own cake?

Can I bring my own wine?

Yes, you may bring in your own wine to the Restaurant if you are dining with us. However, do note that there is a corkage fee of ¥4000 (plus applicable taxes) per bottle.

Outside drinks are not permitted in the Club Lounge.

Can you guarantee a table outdoor?

We try our best to accommodate your table arrangements, however, we are unable to guarantee your table preference as it is subjected to availability and weather conditions. Table delays may be expected during bad weather conditions.

Can I order a cake for a special occassion

Does CÉ LA VI offer proposal packages?

We do not offer any proposal packages. However, we hope to be part of your special celebration! A champagne or dessert with short personalised message can be pre-arranged by our team (additional cost may incur).

Is CÉ LA VI accessible for the handicapped?

At CÉ LA VI we strive to create an environment that is accessible to everyone, including guests with disabilities. Our CÉ LA VI RESTAURANT & SKY BAR and BAO by CÉ LA VI are accessible by wheelchair however may require assistance by our team for certain areas, we do recommend informing our reservations team upon making a booking or our guest relations team in the lobby for assistance.

Unfortunately CÉ LA VI CLUB LOUNGE is not accessible by wheelchair.

Does CÉ LA VI have any gift vouchers?

Unfortunately gift vouchers are not available at CÉ LA VI Tokyo.

Do you have a special menu for those with dietary requirement- (Vegetarian/ Vegan/ Gluten Free/ Nuts Free)?

We don’t offer a special menu, however please let us know in advance for any allergies we need to be aware of.

Do you have a menu for kids?

We don’t offer a special kid’s menu. However, we have many kids-friendly food options on our A La Carte Menu which you can view here.

What is an acceptable form of identification?

Local government issued identification with photo such as international passports. We do not accept photos or photocopies.

Are there any prohibited items?

Yes. Prohibited items include (but are not limited to) sharp objects, outside food or drinks, illegal items/weapons and any large items that could potentially injure our guests.
